Bexley High School Again Ranked Among Ohio's Top Schools
U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 rankings of high schools throughout the country again list Bexley High School as a top high school in Ohio and in the U.S.
Like last year, BHS was listed #2 among the more than 1,000 high schools in the state and the top-rated high school in Central Ohio. BHS was ranked #152 in the U.S.
In comparison, the closest Central Ohio ranking put a Delaware County high school at #12.
The media organization says, “The highest ranked U.S. public schools in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025-2026 Best High Schools rankings are those whose students demonstrated outstanding outcomes above expectations in math, reading and science state assessments, earned qualifying scores on an array of college-level exams, and graduated in high proportions.”
U.S. News & World Report said it ranked 18,000 public high schools out of more than 24,000 reviewed. Six factors help determine rankings: college readiness; college curriculum breadth; state assessment proficiency; state assessment performance; underserved student performance; and graduation rate.
